[DDC-2307] Fields not wrapped in back ticks when removing entity.

Field definition:

/** @Id @Column(type="string", name="`key`") */
    private $_key;

When removing entity mysql.log shows this:

36 Query     START TRANSACTION
                   36 Query     DELETE FROM `settings` WHERE section = 'Test123' AND key = 'test12312'
                   36 Query     rollback

It seems that on a remove statement the field names aren't being wrapped in back ticks.
