For example, calling <tt>ResultSetMappingBuilder::addRootEntityFromClassMetadata($class, $alias)</tt> throws an exception to say this.</p> <p>I was wondering if there were any reasons as to why this would be difficult to implement? I haven't had an extensive look at Doctrine's source but it feels like this has been not implemented on purpose.</p> <p>Thanks</p> DDC-2301
