migrations:diff could not be found

Description

./doctrine list migrations didn't list diff although the diff command is added in doctrine.php.

This could be the problem of configure() in DiffCommand.php. The parent::configure() is called after the the configuration of diff command. So the name etc of the diff command is overwritten by the father class, namely "generate".
