Check out the latest addition to the Doctrine Cookbook. We have added a short little tutorial on how to use Doctrine templates to solve a real world problem to allow Address attributes on many records easily. A great great thing would be to release tutorials with sfFormDoctrine/i18n/embed forms ... really that's a great feature not known enough

Looks like it only works with english language.

this should be fixed now. The tutorial only exists in english so it falls back to english if you try and access something in language which does not exist.
