Thanks to Christof Damian, a loyal Doctrine user, if you are a Fedora user you can now yum install the latest stable version of Doctrine. Below is what you can run from the command line to get it!
yum install php-doctrine-Doctrine
Enjoy and let us know if you have any issues. Thanks

not quite on the mirrors Posted by Christof about over 2 years ago.
It hasn't spread to the mirrors yet, but you should be able to get it from the testing repo now:
yum install --enablerepo=updates-testing php-doctrine-Doctrine
up now Posted by Christof about over 2 years ago.
The package is available now.
It is also on the remi repository, for people using RHEL with the remi php package.
I also have submitted the update to 1.1.4 today, which should arrive with the usual updates soon.

Thanks for this package, from a fedora user!
